RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Refunds
We have a NO REFUND Policy due to orders being made specifically for the customer.
We also are not responsible of stolen packages.
Cancellation Request
Once you’ve ordered your items, we cannot cancel the order due to the fact that production has already started.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
